Roger P. Miller, ASA, is RPM Commercial Connects managing broker and principal. He has held his Real Estate Brokers License since 2006. He is licensed to conduct real estate transactions and appraisals on all commercial property types in the state of Indiana. He is licensed in the state of Florida as a commercial real estate appraiser. Since 2005, he has owned RPM Asset Valuation Service, Inc., a commercial real estate and fixed asset appraisal company.
His commercial real estate experience includes various property types, such as office and retail, multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, vacant land, and specialty agricultural properties. Special use properties in which he has experience include worship facilities, hospitals, specialized medical office buildings, nursing homes/assisted living facilities, educational facilities, government municipality facilities, car washes, convenience store/gas stations, mobile home/RV parks, recreation facilities, and hospitality facilities.
He graduated from Vincennes University with an Associate of Science (AS) in Finance. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers in the Real Property and Machinery & Technical Specialties discipline. He is a member of the Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
